Terms & Conditions
4 Paws Boarding Kennels reserve the right to remove animals not collected within 3 weeks of expiry of booking date.
Whilst every care is taken during your dog’s stay, all dogs are boarded at the sole risk of the owner and we will not be held liable for loss or illness.
Every effort is taken to administer medication, for example, tablets and eardrops, although we DO NOT administer injections of any kind. All dogs MUST be vaccinated and be accompanied by an up to date vaccination certificate on arrival of which will be returned to you when your dog is collected. We reserve the right to refuse boarding of any animal if we believe he/she is not in good health.
Dogs will not be covered under our insurance for any pre exiting medical conditions and if any vet fees are incurred during their visit with us it will be the owners responsibility to cover those fees.
It is the owner’s responsibility to advise us of any destructive behaviour. All our kennels are made of a very strong construction and meet with the Council’s requirements. It is however the owner’s responsibility to pay for any damage caused by the dog during their stay.
Although the kennel cough vaccine is not compulsory, outbreaks of kennel cough can occur at any
time, therefore we advise that this vaccine is administered by your vet before your dog/s are boarded.
We reserve the right to change our prices if needs be.
All cancellations need to be made 7 days prior to boarding date. Any cancellation made within 7 days
might be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. All new customers might be asked to pay a non refundable
deposit to secure a booking during peak times.

We do NOT except card payment and payment can only be made in cash or cheque.

When collecting your dog between 10am - 12noon you will not be charged for the day of collection, however
if you do collect  between 5pm - 6pm (during summer times) you will be charge for that day.

Whilst every effort is made to take photos of your dog during their stay with us we can not and do not promise to
do so. Photos are taken as a good will gesture and if you would like to have their photos published on our Facebook page then we do ask that you message us and we will try our best to do so.
